Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administration Manager to oversee and manage the administrative functions of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating our ERP system, managing product inventory, handling financial transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency of our operations and supporting the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
ERP System Management: Operate and maintain the company's ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
Inventory Management: Oversee product inventory, including receipts from vendors and deliveries to customers, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking.
Financial Transactions: Manage the issuance of invoices to customers, track payments, and coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial records.
Office Administration: Participate in organizing and managing office operations, including facilities management, procurement of office supplies, and coordination of administrative activities.
Policy Implementation: Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless information flow and support for business operations.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within the technology or IoT sector.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite. Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Greek is advantageous.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
